One-Account-Per-User Policy

You must register using only one account for personal use on our Platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, along with any winnings associated with them. This policy helps us maintain a fair environment and prevent user manipulation.

Identity Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)

We may request documentation to verify your identity or age. Failure to comply will lead to account suspension or termination.

Government-issued ID.
Proof of address.
Utility bill dated within the past three months.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify our verification procedures without notice.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You must provide accurate information during registration, including name, date of birth, and contact details. Failure to do so will lead to account suspension or termination.

Account Security Responsibilities

Maintain your login credentials securely.
Keep your password confidential (see Password Protection below).
Regularly review transactions for suspicious activity.

We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of our Platform, including unauthorized access due to weak passwords or failure to report issues promptly.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

For your protection:

Create a unique password that you don't use elsewhere.
Do not share your login credentials with third parties.
Change passwords regularly (at least every three months).
Securely store account information offline.

If we determine that unauthorized access has occurred due to weak or compromised login credentials, your account may be suspended until you demonstrate secure practices and provide proof of ownership.
